The Easy Breezy Three Week Warranty is straight-forward: every paid full service includes 3 weeks of complete PC repair service extending beyond the original issue.
For example, say you pay for an in-shop virus removal, but two weeks later you get different weird pop-ups and want to have it double-checked. Just bring it back in within 3 weeks and for no additional fee I will repair the issue.
This also means that if you bring a PC in for service like a virus removal, you can also ask for a performance tune-up, or to have a backup solution installed, or to have your personal files uploaded to a cloud service so you won’t lose them, or for whatever else you might need. It’s all part of what I offer for nothing more than one service fee and whatever parts may be necessary.
The only difference with the on-site warranty is that it entitles you to minimum 1 on-site return call, after which you need only bring the machine into the shop for continued free service.
Ultimately, the principle behind the warranty is to ensure any and all of your computer issues are resolved so that when you take it back you can get straight to work (or play) again, without worrying that anything will arise in the near future. So, there is some wiggle room on the warranty time frame should it be needed to get the job done right.
I also make myself available for general questions and tips about how to get the most of your computer. I try not to be greedy with my time and I won’t charge you for essentially nothing, although do keep in mind this busy work.
